    Hours of Operation: M - R 8 am to 5 pm
  • Failure to end the event and leave the facility at the specified time may incur additional fees.

  • Events starting or ending after 5 pm and weekend events are subject to additional fees.

  • Price Estimate

    These prices reflect only an estimate cost for the facility rental. The final price will be represented in the facility rental agreement.
  • Additional Fees

    For off hour events
  • The custodial fee covers the cost of Wiregrass personnel assisting you with your event. A Wiregrass representative will assist in basic IT support, event flow, clean up, and serve as a point of contact in case of emergencies.  

  • Internal Events require additional actions if you are approved. Please be sure to complete the document attached to the approval email for the facilities department and submit it to Building Engines.
