Vendor Acknowledgements:

Vendor Check-In/set-up:

You will receive an email with site-map showing assigned space, vendor entrance and parking. Vendors will check-in at registration tent, then set-up at their assigned space. Vendors may set-up between 7:00 am to 9:30am. Vendors should have their areas set up by 9:30am.

Load Out:

Vendors can tear down and load up vehicles from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm.Parking: You will be able to unload items near the vendor spaces. Once unloaded, all vendors will need to move their vehicles to the reserved parking area available.

Restrictions:

No alcoholic beverages are allowed on campus. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas - these will be identified on the campus map. Music, videos, etc. at your booth must not be so loud as to disturb the participants at the adjoining booths.

Tents/tables/chairs: Not provided

Electricity: Not provided

Water: Not provided.

Waiver of Claims:

Wiregrass Georgia Technical College and its agents shall not be liable for, and vendor(s) hereby release all claims for damage to or loss of personal property sustained by vendor(s) or any person claiming through vendor(s), resulting from any fire, accident, occurrence, theft or condition in or upon the event grounds of which they shall be part of, or of the adjoining areas provided same are not due to the negligence of Wiregrass Georgia Technical College or its agents. I have read and agree to comply with show rules. I understand and agree that Wiregrass Georgia Technical College or any other sponsoring organization will not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss to participants or personal liability in connection with the event.
